Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the execution of electrical and instrumentation maintenance for plant equipment and facilities to ensure asset availability and operational continuity. Works in a world-class mining environment with advanced technology. **JOB MISSION:** Supervise and coordinate the execution of electrical and instrumentation maintenance work on plant equipment and facilities under responsibility, in accordance with the maintenance plan, and review maintenance execution quality to ensure plant asset availability, thereby contributing to operational continuity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assign, distribute, and coordinate daily electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks (preventive maintenance, inspections, scheduled corrective maintenance) and unscheduled responses to plant facilities/equipment. * Supervise the execution of assigned electrical and instrumentation maintenance work by subordinates, coordinating with third parties for scheduled and unscheduled work execution. * Monitor quarterly tool inventory checks, including hand tools (technicians’ toolkits) and warehouse tools (diagnostic tools). * Monitor order and cleanliness before, during, and after maintenance work execution in workshops and field locations. * Review documentation generated in the workshop resulting from equipment servicing, for subsequent submission to Planning. * Supervise equipment shutdown and handover in coordination with Plant Operations. * Control corrective maintenance work orders and notifications, supervising technical closure of work orders/notifications in SAP. * Perform basic maintenance on plant equipment in the absence of technicians due to various reasons. * Support monitoring the development of weekly and daily electrical and instrumentation maintenance plans for plant equipment and facilities. * Implement defined contingency and/or action plans for unplanned shutdown events.
