We value the balance between personal and professional life. * Diversity, equity, and inclusion: We are committed to equal opportunity for all, regardless of origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic status. **Maintenance Intern – Yuncan Site** **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the development, updating, and monitoring of maintenance plans and programs. * Assisting in managing and updating technical documentation (drawings, manuals, reports and procedures, inspection forms, and work route sheets for the power plant). * Supporting spare parts management—including coding, stock control, and replenishment of critical and high-turnover items—as well as generating and tracking SOLPEDs and purchase orders. * Assisting in consolidating and analyzing maintenance information, developing indicators and planning-related reports on executed work, backlog, costs, and technical reports. * Supporting preparation of information and reports requested by AMSAC and corporate. **What do we need from you?** * Must-have qualifications: * Graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Pivot Tables and Macros). * Proficiency in Power BI. * Intermediate English. * Preferred qualifications: * Experience using SAP software in PM and MM modules. * Solid understanding of maintenance management principles and related KPIs. * Minimum one year of experience. **We hope you:** * Will serve as a key support to the planning and maintenance team at our Yuncan Hydroelectric Power Plant – Cerro de Pasco. **Benefits we offer you:** * 100% covered medical insurance premium. * Training and workshops. * Team integration activities. * Participation in a leading industry internship program. **Are you ready to be part of the change?** At ENGIE, we don’t just talk about transforming the world—we make it happen!
