Learn more about our AGILE COACH opening: * Design evolution plans for individuals and teams (primarily workshops and methodological and technical courses, as applicable) * Identify the most suitable frameworks (sets of practices and tools) to support projects * Develop necessary training materials for individuals under your responsibility * Detect issues affecting individuals, teams, and/or the organization to promote resolution actions * Intensively train specialized roles in agile transformation (e.g., Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Chapter Leaders, etc.) * Continuously measure and provide feedback on teams and individuals under your supervision to identify improvement opportunities * Collaborate within the Agile Office to execute the agile transformation plan * Provide required resources to comply with the crime prevention model and facilitate information needed to identify MPD-related risks in your respective area * Comply with, and ensure team compliance with, guidelines established in implemented and/or certified management systems * Actively participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of management systems, and foster their adoption within your teams **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University degree in Systems Engineering or related fields * Advanced knowledge of Lean, DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD * Intermediate knowledge of BDD * Prior experience of 3 to 5 years as an Agile Coach **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
