Position Summary: A professionally certified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to lead the engineering department, managing projects, designs, processes, and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and coordinates engineering projects and plant processes. 2. Develops calculations, designs, and validation of special products. 3. Provides engineering technical support to various departments. **ENGINEERING MANAGER** **Responsibilities:** * Execute the Engineering Program (verify general technical data, update technical sheets, deliver traceability) * Generate calculations, designs, and preparation of technical sheets. * Input technical data for product code validation. * Be responsible for keeping product data up to date. * Prepare model drawings and deliver manufacturing templates for models. * Conduct measurements, prepare drawings, record measurement data, and generate validation codes. * Validate drawings, specifications, and prototypes of special products prior to production. * Plan and control engineering projects (new lines, improvements, * automation) * Coordinate functionality and product durability tests to reduce time and cost. * Be responsible for generating requirements and codes for transformed products. * Prepare and manage plant process design. * Manage and participate in inspection of third-party procured products. * Prepare inspection templates. * Provide engineering technical support to cost\-budget, sales, and other departments. **Requirements:** * Certified Professional in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable, relevant experience in similar positions. * Proficient in AUTOCAD, INVENTOR, SOLIDWORKS, EPLAN. * Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools. * Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook). * Immediate availability. **Skills:** * Leadership * Planning and Control Capability * Analytical Thinking * Process Optimization * Communication * Teamwork Salary based on evaluation.
