At VARGAS PAREJA LAWYERS & CONSULTANTS, we are seeking a **GIS / CADASTRAL ANALYST** for a land and social management project in the energy sector (electric transmission lines), with the following profile:
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Geographic Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in cadastral surveying, GPS equipment operation, and field support for electric transmission line projects or other energy infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of cadastral searches in public registries and property overlay analysis.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in GIS software.
* Availability for fieldwork in provincial areas under applicable regulations.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct field cadastral surveys (GPS, boundary verification, collection of property-related information).
* Support cadastral searches of properties in public registries and other entities.
* Consolidate and process cadastral information collected in the field.
* Assist the GIS-CAD Specialist in developing graphic databases and plans.
* Perform other duties related to the position.
