Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages the receipt and control of fishery raw materials.
2. Supervises cleanliness, order, and safety in unloading areas.
3. Prepares and reports operational, accounting, and regulatory information.
A fishing company is seeking an **Unloading Assistant** who meets the following profile:
**Requirements:**
* Completed technical studies in administration, industrial production, industrial processes, logistics, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of PRODUCE regulations related to unloading, fishing, and operational reporting.
* Knowledge of basic raw material quality parameters.
* Experience handling operational records and administrative reports.
* Intermediate MS Office skills.
* Basic SAP skills.
* 1 year of experience in operational roles within unloading, production, quality, or similar processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the receipt and control of raw materials, including sampling, weighing, registration, storage, and quality verification during the unloading process.
* Manage dock and ice operational services, ensuring timely supply, recording of vessels served, and proper control of services rendered.
* Supervise cleanliness, order, and safety conditions in unloading and dock areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and operational standards.
* Prepare, validate, and report operational, accounting, and regulatory information, including fishing, production, waste reports, and documentation required by PRODUCE and internal departments.
* Administer and control financial information related to services, participating in budget preparation and monitoring, monthly closing, settlements, and reconciliations with Administration and Accounting departments.
