REQUIREMENTS: -Education: University graduate in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering. -Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. -Basic SQL knowledge. -Residence location: Chiclayo or nearby areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Collect information on operational and administrative processes -Document workflows, procedures, and policies. -Develop process diagrams (flowcharts) -Identify repetitive tasks eligible for automation. -Support simple automations using digital tools. -Maintain updated manuals and document repositories. -Coordinate with different departments to validate processes.
