Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to identify, develop, and maintain process automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and support of automation solutions **Requirements:** * Education: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: 1 year of experience in process automation, continuous improvement, or data analyst roles. * RPA/AI Tools: Proficiency in Power Automate, UIPath, or Python/Machine Learning. * Data Analysis: Intermediate-level skills in SQL, Excel (Macros/Power Query), and visualization tools (Power BI). * Documentation: Ability to document processes, create user manuals, and diagram workflow flows. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities across company departments. * Develop, test, and deploy bots for repetitive tasks (invoicing, settlements, valuations, reporting). * Create interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs and the efficiency of automated processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations) to implement solutions. * Maintain and support existing automation solutions.
