Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to plan, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate operational activities, as well as implement and maintain the Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and supervision of operational activities in environmental laboratory 2. Implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System 3. Development and training of personnel on quality guidelines ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analytical services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking an **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT\- TRUJILLO OFFICE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in environmental sampling and/or testing analysis in environmental laboratories. * Experience in implementing field and/or testing methods. * Experience in audits conducted by national and international evaluation bodies. * Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental laboratories and/or similar activities. * Minimum 1 year of experience as operations coordinator. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate all operational activities, adhering to quality guidelines for each method evaluated across all offices. * Implement, maintain, identify, develop, and continuously improve the Quality Management System. * Prepare and/or supervise the correct use of forms involved in operational processes across all offices. * Prepare and evaluate reports and results to be issued in Test Reports and/or Monitoring Reports, as applicable. Includes measurement results obtained by field analysts. * Ensure and/or keep updated the records specific to operational services across all offices. * Ensure proper execution of field services and implementation of quality assurance for field service activities. * Implement technical procedures and instructions specific to the Operations process. * Inspect proper use of personal protective equipment during monitoring and sampling activities. * Evaluate the technical competence of field analysts. * Review and handle Non-Conforming Work and Non-Conformities arising within the area during activities or during Field Sampling, Monitoring, and Measurement services. * Keep the Operations Manager informed regarding the QMS and alert them to potential deviations from the system. * Train operational staff across all offices on quality guidelines established in the QMS. * Other duties as assigned. **SKILLS:** * Responsible * Punctual * Planning and analytical ability. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Supervisory ability. * Problem-solving ability. **BENEFITS:** * Timely monthly payments. * Professional growth. **COMPENSATION:** s/. 1,130\.00 Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application question(s): * Provide full name, DNI, and mobile phone number.
