Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting/Finance professional with experience in managing accounting accounts and banking platforms, who is proactive and detail-oriented to handle banking transactions and account analysis. Comprehensive management of banking and accounting transactions Required Profile: \* Education: Accounting – Finance. \* Experience: Minimum 3 years, including hands-on experience managing accounting accounts and using banking platforms. \* Competencies: \- Organized and detail-oriented; courteous and efficient. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Proactive and capable of multitasking. \- Focused on serving bank officers and suppliers. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Managing the banking platform. 2\. Cash and bank opening and closing procedures. 3\. Reviewing and verifying data for banking transactions and petty cash to ensure accuracy in records. 4\. Recording income (from customers) and expenses (to suppliers, employees, and others) related to banking transactions. 5\. Monitoring and managing supplier advance payments, their corresponding applications, and scheduled payments. 6\. Tracking sales transactions (payment methods) and verifying them in the financial system. 7\. Monitoring and controlling bank deposits. 8\. Analysis of accounting account 10. 9\. Monthly bank reconciliation. 10\. Payment of tax withholdings and related obligations. 11\. Performing finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.
