Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Manager with managerial vision and strong leadership to strategically plan, manage procurement, control budgets, and lead teams at Ferretera Los Gigantes. Team development and leadership. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT STRATEGIC LEADER AT LOS GIGANTES!** At **Ferretera Los Gigantes**, a sector leader, we are seeking a professional with managerial vision, analytical capability, and strong leadership to fill the position of: **LOGISTICS MANAGER** **What will be your main challenges? (Responsibilities)** * **Strategic Planning:** Develop monthly and annual logistics and procurement plans, defining stock policies, replenishment strategies, and operational plans. * **Procurement and Supplier Management:** Evaluate, select, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers; identify new products, approve requisitions, and authorize purchase orders based on cost-saving criteria. * **Budgetary and Cost Control:** Prepare and monitor the department’s budget, analyze logistics costs, and implement cost-reduction strategies to ensure profitability. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, evaluate performance, and foster the development of procurement managers, analysts, and assistants under your supervision, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * **Reporting:** Design logistics KPI tracking and present management and impact reports to the Operations Manager. **What profile are we seeking? (Requirements)** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
