Guidance in alternative medicine and an educational approach **We are currently seeking a General Physician in Trujillo for our new client—an alternative medicine center undergoing expansion and growth.** REQUIREMENTS: \- Licensed and registered physician in Medicine. \- Minimum 5 years of experience in general medicine. \- Experience managing staff. \- Strong patient orientation. \- Orientation toward alternative medicine. \- Strong communication skills, empathy, didactic ability, persuasiveness, influence, and genuine interest in teaching—ensuring patient messages are well received and resonate with individuals. \- Genuine interest in alternative medicine for restoring people's well-being. \- Our mission is to educate people about the importance of integrative medicine in their lives. Job Objectives: 1\. Diagnosis and formulation of the optimal "Health Plan" for patients' physical disorders, using BIORESONANCE equipment. Procedures available at the health center include: Ozone Therapy, Electrolysis Detoxification, Parasite-Zapper, Biomagnetism, and Homeopathy. 2\. Diagnosis and formulation of the optimal "Hair Care Plan" to strengthen hair growth on the scalp through mesotherapy application. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Urb. California, Trujillo. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Microenterprise Payroll Regime: \- 15 days of vacation after one year. \- SIS Health Insurance (not EsSalud). \- No bonuses or profit-sharing payments. Benefits: Compensation: PEN 4,500 plus a performance-based bonus of PEN 2,000. Enrollment in the microenterprise payroll system.
