Carry out the cleaning schedule in all areas and facilities of the Institution and comply with the maintenance schedule for furniture, furnishings, and equipment of the Institution. Perform cleaning and hygiene tasks in administrative offices, restrooms, floors, classrooms, hallways, and other related areas established in the manual, considering the priority of sanitary services according to floor assignments. Record daily cleaning tasks of sanitary services in the established format. Use cleaning and maintenance supplies rationally as assigned. Keep cleaning and maintenance tools assigned under their use and management in good condition and hygienic state. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the infrastructure maintenance plan. Provide maintenance and cleaning for lighting fixtures, air conditioners, fans, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, etc. Participate in activities related to the management system established by the company (training, inspections, audits, among others). Comply with guidelines and policies established by SGSST and SGRH regarding RISST, RIT, and policies aimed at ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives, service quality, and cooperative goals.
