Kitchen Assistant **We are looking for:** A man or woman with experience, who is responsible, punctual, and eager to join our team. Schedule: * 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * One day off per week. Responsibilities: * Assist in dish preparation following restaurant standards. * Prepare and fry fish chicharrones, squid, and other products. * Perform mise en place (prepping, portioning, and preparing ingredients). * Assist in cleaning, cutting, and preparing fish, seafood, and other ingredients. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen area. * Comply with food handling and food safety regulations. * Support the head chef during service. Profile: * Experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in seafood restaurants (desirable but not mandatory). * Knowledge of chicharron preparation and frying techniques (desirable but not mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and maintain a steady pace during service. * Responsible, punctual, and committed. * Proactive, with initiative and willingness to learn. * Organized, clean, and careful in food handling. * Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. **Interested candidates:** Please send your CV or contact us at **907 477 471**.
