




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for a prestigious restaurant chain, responsible for food preparation, kitchen cleaning, and organization, in compliance with hygiene and labeling standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Cleaning and organizing work areas \- Mise en place for opening service \- Thawing products according to demand \- Preparing fried items for bar mise en place \- Checking the quality of sauces before opening and shift change \- Preparing staff meals \- Recording ingredients used for staff meals \- Properly labeling products in the area \- Applying cold chain procedures (frozen and thawed) \- General kitchen area cleaning \- Submitting vegetable requisitions on scheduled days \- Submitting requisitions to the store’s central warehouse \- Reporting daily losses, including weight, to the Store Manager \- Complying with all hygiene and health standards \- Maintaining and caring for equipment and utensils in the area \- Conducting daily inventory count at the end of shift \- Recording the day’s OP for processing in the system by the Store Manager \- Correct use of FIFO \- Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of responsibilities.
