Controller.\n**IOC:** Integrated Operations Centre (the first in the Peruvian mining industry).\nThe position is responsible for strictly complying with safety, occupational health, environmental protection standards, and established operational process standards.\nThe role tracks execution of the maintenance plan and unplanned interventions on mine equipment, coordinates equipment handover and receipt between operations and maintenance teams, and monitors equipment health conditions to contribute to optimal performance across the value chain.\nThe Mine Maintenance Controller generates and analyzes reports using data from MineStar (Health, Terrain, Fleet, Command), VIMS, etc. The role proposes recommendations to improve mine equipment reliability and availability, thereby reducing costs and enhancing operational productivity.\n**Key Responsibilities**\n* Halt any activity that could cause significant environmental impact or jeopardize worker health and safety, company assets, or product quality requirements.\n* Work collaboratively to maximize value chain performance.\n* Cooperate with team members to achieve overall operational optimization.\n* Ensure and coordinate with the Mine Controller correct allocation of equipment downtime in the MineStar system.\n* Monitor equipment health conditions.\n* Ensure correct assignment of equipment stoppage codes—including system and subsystem codes—according to existing TUM model codes.\n* Use available tools and utilities in MineStar (Health, Terrain, Fleet, Command), VIMS, and other systems to visualize and generate reports.\n* Continuously review updates to equipment stoppage code lists and MineStar system variables to reflect field reality within the system.\n* Coordinate with various departments to ensure completion of maintenance activities—both scheduled and corrective.\n* Participate in RCA analyses and continuous improvement projects, providing required data at each stage, technical process information, and supporting implementation of improvements.\n* Issue reports related to mine maintenance management and shift reports.\n* Ensure compliance with the weekly schedule and communicate potential deviations and threats, proposing corrective actions and/or production improvements to the IOC Leader.\n* In case of detecting critical conditions in mine equipment, implement preventive and/or corrective actions—always notifying the IOC Leader and field personnel—to ensure safe continuity of operations.\n* Contribute to maximizing equipment availability to meet weekly production targets.\n* Support initiatives offering opportunities for improvement in safety, cost savings, and operational efficiency.\n* Communicate and ensure handover of relevant information to the relief
