We are looking for a proactive professional with strong analytical skills to lead and coordinate comprehensive human resource management processes across our various business units and assigned brands. Responsibilities:
* Draft and monitor employment contracts, renewals, and addendums in accordance with current regulations.
* Coordinate and supervise end-to-end recruitment processes, including selection and onboarding of new personnel.
* Develop, update, and implement job descriptions, MOF, RIT, RISST, and other internal management documents.
* Consolidate and validate attendance records, time sheets, and overtime reports for timely submission to the accounting department.
* Manage disciplinary procedures and provide support in sensitive labor relations cases.
* Implement initiatives aimed at strengthening the work environment, organizational culture, and internal communication.
* Organize and prepare supporting documentation for SUNAFIL inspections, audits, and occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements.
* Properly administer and safeguard physical and digital personnel files for all staff.
Requirements:
* University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (Mandatory).
* Proven experience in human resource management within family-owned businesses (Mandatory).
* Solid knowledge of current labor legislation applicable to the MYPE regime (Mandatory).
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Tools (Mandatory).
* A postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management will be considered a plus (Desirable).
