Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SSOMA/HSE Supervisor to lead safety, health, and environmental management for a fireproofing EPC project at a high-criticality hydrocarbon processing plant.

**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
PROSECOR is seeking a **SSOMA/HSE Supervisor** with proven experience in highly critical environments to lead safety, health, and environmental management for a Fireproofing EPC project at Pluspetrol’s hydrocarbon processing plant (*brownfield*) in Pisco.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
* Degree-holding, licensed, and registered professional in Safety and Industrial Hygiene Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum five (5) years’ certified experience as an SSOMA/HSE Supervisor in plant shutdowns, refineries, or *brownfield* Oil & Gas projects.
* Expert-level proficiency in managing and processing High-Risk Work Permits (HRWP), hot/cold work, working at height, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) in live plants.
* Solid knowledge of national safety regulations (Law No. 29783) and international standards (OSHA).
* Availability to work under an on-site regime in the city of Pisco.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Advantages):**
* Knowledge of handling, storage, and environmental control of industrial chemicals and coatings (cementitious mortars, epoxy resins, polyurethanes, etc.).
* Prior experience supervising operations involving high-pressure spray equipment (airless pumps or rotor-stator systems) and work on multidirectional platforms.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Daily management and approval of Safe Work Analyses (SWA) and High-Risk Work Permits (HRWP) under Pluspetrol’s strict supervision, ensuring timely commencement of work.
* Lead continuous identification and mitigation of hazards in an environment with "live lines", achieving the goal of **Zero Incidents and Zero Unplanned Shutdowns**.
* Supervise the assembly, modification, and safe use of multidirectional scaffolds compliant with operational interference requirements.
* Monitor crew’s use of specialized personal protective equipment (PPE) during application of fireproofing mortar (ISOLATEK FENDOLITE M-II/P type) and cutting of fibrosilicate sheets (PROMATECT-H type).
* Prepare daily/weekly safety performance reports and lead technical induction talks for field personnel.
