**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
PROSECOR is seeking a highly experienced **Fireproofing Supervisor** to lead field execution of an EPC Passive Fire Protection project at a hydrocarbon processing plant (*brownfield*) in Pisco.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical degree in Civil Construction, Building Construction, Maintenance Mechanics, or related field.
* Minimum five (05\) years of certified experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in industrial coating application, heavy-duty industrial painting, or fireproofing projects within Oil \& Gas, Mining, or Energy sectors.
* Proven experience leading mixed crews (mortar applicators, fitters, scaffolders) in *brownfield* environments with high interference density and live electrical lines.
* Strong ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, isometrics, and technical specifications.
* Availability to work under a local employment regime in the city of Pisco.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Advantages):**
* Direct hands-on experience handling, calibrating, and maintaining spray application equipment (rotor-stator pumps or heavy-duty *airless* systems).
* Proven experience installing **lightweight cementitious mortars (e.g., ISOLATEK CAFCO FENDOLITE M\-II/P)** and dry-mount systems using **fibrosilicate boards (e.g., PROMATECT\-H by PROMAT)**.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Manage and coordinate daily activities of the operational crew (applicators, fitters, scaffolders, and assistants), ensuring planned productivity targets (m²/day) are met.
* Supervise proper surface preparation (mechanical cleaning) and application of epoxy primer prior to mortar spraying.
* Control precise batching of cementitious mortar mix to ensure required cohesion and minimize waste or overspray.
* Supervise cable tray boxing, ensuring millimeter-accurate cutting of boards and installation of intumescent sealing systems (**PROMASTOP\-B and PROMASEAL\-S**).
* Continuously coordinate with the SSOMA Supervisor to strictly comply with the Work Permit (PTAR) and with the Quality Engineer (QA/QC) for release of completed areas.
