Job Summary: We are seeking a Steward for our hotel in Nazca, responsible for cleaning and maintaining tableware, glassware, equipment, and dining areas to ensure hygiene and proper functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in maintaining hygiene and operational efficiency of the dining service. 2. Responsibility for maintenance of equipment and work areas. 3. Collaboration in cleaning and disinfection management. We are looking for (01\) STEWARD for our DM Nazca hotel * Wash and organize cutlery, glassware, and tableware, ensuring their availability for service. * Monitor maintenance and condition of operated machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions or replacement needs. * Clean and disinfect the staff dining area, ensuring its proper upkeep for staff comfort. * Ensure correct handling and storage of cleaning supplies and work materials. * Collaborate with maintenance staff on cleaning and maintenance of grease traps. * Perform other duties and responsibilities within one's competence as stipulated by current regulatory provisions and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed primary education * Specific Knowledge: Kitchen Cleaning and Hygiene / Use of Cleaners and Disinfectants. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector or related fields.
