Participate in challenging and international technology projects Job Description Position Description We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead based in Chile or Peru, specialized in Next.js, React, and Hexagonal Architecture, to participate in technology projects within a dynamic and international environment. The selected candidate will work on the design and development of high-performance web interfaces, ensuring a clean, scalable, and maintainable architecture, collaborating with technical and business teams. Your Responsibilities Lead a front-end development team technically, primarily using React and Next.js Define and apply Hexagonal Architecture on the front-end to ensure modular, scalable, and easily maintainable solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (back-end, UX/UI, product) to integrate front-end solutions with existing services and APIs. Participate in code reviews, define best practices, and continuously improve the front-end codebase. Contribute to the technical design of new features, proposing solutions aligned with the defined architecture. Your Profile 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer or in similar roles. Solid experience leading front-end teams. Proven experience working with Next.js in production projects. Practical knowledge and application of Hexagonal Architecture or other domain-driven architectures in the front-end. Analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, and strong communication skills.
