Site Resident Engineer / ICA **Location:** Ica **Work Mode:** On-site – construction project **Department:** Operations / Construction. **Compensation:** S/3500 \- S/4000 PER 55-DAY PROJECT Job Objective Oversee and control field construction execution, ensuring compliance with **schedule, budget, quality, and technical guidelines**, as well as proper management of personnel, materials, and project documentation. Main Responsibilities 1\. Construction Management * Supervise execution of work items per drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor physical progress of the project and submit daily progress reports. * Verify adherence to the execution schedule. * Coordinate with supervision and technical team to resolve on-site issues. 2\. Personnel Control * Supervise performance of operational staff on site (laborers, skilled workers, helpers). * Monitor attendance and performance of personnel. * Coordinate staffing requirements with the Operations Department. 3\. Materials and Logistics Control * Request necessary materials and equipment for construction execution. * Verify receipt of materials on site. * Control efficient use of resources. 4\. Technical and Quality Control * Verify that executed work items comply with drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate required tests or inspections (e.g., compaction, concrete testing). * Record technical issues or on-site changes. 5\. Reporting and Documentation * Prepare daily construction progress reports. * Record executed quantities (measurements). * Maintain updated tracking of completed work items. Requirements: * Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (preferred). * Technician with proven experience in construction execution (also eligible). Experience * Minimum **1–3 years as Site Resident Engineer or Project Supervisor**. * Experience in **commercial renovation, construction, or fit-out projects** (preferred). Knowledge * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Proficiency in quantity surveying and progress monitoring. * Basic Excel and construction reporting skills.
