Work on large-scale and highly complex projects. **Job Mission:** Generate and provide the necessary technical information for project scheduling, planning, and construction within the time, cost, and specifications stipulated in the contract, and manage the preparation of documentation required for corresponding payments, as well as all documents related to project initiation, execution, completion, and final contract settlement. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in electromechanical projects within the construction sector. Specialization in mechanics, piping, and structures. Experience in quantity take-offs from engineering drawings and in preparing red-line and as-built drawings. Experience in valuation (progress billing).
