We require a MULTI-EQUIPMENT HEAVY MACHINERY OPERATOR for a metallurgical plant located in the city of Nasca; ideal candidates should possess the following characteristics and skills: * ***Requirements:*** * Driver's License A2B. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating HEAVY MACHINERY. * Immediate availability * **Technical Knowledge:** * Certificates and/or training courses in heavy machinery operation. * Operation of equipment (backhoe loader, front-end loader, etc.). * **Additional Competencies:** * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Commitment to industrial safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Shift Availability:** * Willingness to work rotating shifts or extended hours if required. * ***Conditions:*** * 100% meal allowance * 100% transportation coverage (from Nazca to Pajonal Plant \- Company Bus). * Full payroll benefits (CTS, bonuses, family allowance, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time Education: * Completed Technical Degree (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
