Job Summary: Tec4 Global is seeking a Supervision Assistant to provide technical support to the supervision team, monitor construction progress, control field activities, and prepare technical reports. Opportunity for professional learning and growth Tec4 Global is currently seeking a **Supervision Assistant**. The professional will provide technical support to the supervision team, assisting in monitoring construction execution, controlling field activities, and preparing technical reports. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering (valid professional registration and license). * **Minimum experience:** 2 years of verifiable experience **since the date of professional registration**, working as: Assistant and/or Specialist in civil works. * **Experience must be related to** **consulting and/or supervision and/or construction of civil works**, **preferably road projects and/or rural roads**. **Desirable:** * Residency in **Ascope or nearby areas within the La Libertad region**, facilitating availability and on-site presence. **Valued Competencies** * Technical knowledge in civil and/or road construction. * Ability to work on-site and provide technical support. * Organization, responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively. * Effective communication and ability to manage basic reporting. **We Offer** * Integration into a high-level technical supervision team. * Participation in a regionally impactful road project. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Opportunity for professional learning and growth. **Application:** Please attach your updated CV to the email: **talento@tec4global.com** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
