Position Summary: We are seeking a Control and Processes Coordinator with analytical skills and experience in operational optimization to document and supervise processes, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leads operational optimization and continuous process improvement. 2. Supervises and documents processes using BPMN methodologies. 3. Ensures compliance with operational and safety standards (SSOMA). Control and Processes Coordinator Requirements: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Analytical ability, proactivity, and teamwork skills. Availability to work at the industrial park. Responsibilities: Identify, map, and document processes using BPMN and process-based management methodologies. Develop and update procedures, work instructions, forms, and operational standards. Design and implement operational optimization plans, reduce rework, and improve cycle times and costs. Supervise the proper preparation of cost analyses per process, product, or unit. Supervise the implementation of prevention plans, internal inspections, and operational controls. Ensure development and updating of the IPERC matrix, PETS, ATS, and other SSOMA system documents.
