Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing and supervising industrial equipment maintenance to ensure operational continuity and adherence to the production schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training and real growth opportunities **Responsibilities** * Execute and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Ensure equipment operability and compliance with the production schedule. * Manage spare parts and consumables inventory, and evaluate third-party services. * Report activities to the Plant Manager. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or Electromechanics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial companies. * Knowledge of industrial equipment (dryers, autoclaves, mills, boilers) and Office/Power BI. * Availability for rotating shifts (6x1\) and on-site work in Trujillo. **Benefits** * **Formal employment:** Starting from day one, with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, Life Insurance per Law, vacation days). * **Development:** Ongoing training and real internal growth opportunities.
