Job Summary: Supervise and perform maintenance of industrial equipment, ensuring operational readiness and spare parts management, reporting to the Plant Manager. Key Highlights: 1. Real opportunities for growth within the company **Responsibilities** * Execute and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Ensure equipment operational readiness and adherence to production schedules. * Manage spare parts and consumables inventory, and evaluate third-party services. * Report activities to the Plant Manager. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or Electromechanics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial companies. * Knowledge of industrial equipment (dryers, autoclaves, mills, boilers) and Office/Power BI. * Availability for rotating shifts (6x1\) and on-site work in Trujillo. **Benefits** * **Formal employment:** Starting from day one with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, Life Insurance as mandated by law, vacation). * **Development:** Continuous training and real opportunities for growth within the company.
