Job Summary: Supervise personnel and operations, prepare compliance reports, monitor project generation, and assist in O&M management, including creation and updating of documents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of personnel and operational activities 2. Preparation and tracking of key management reports 3. Document management to ensure operation and maintenance * Supervise and monitor gardening staff, technicians, substation operators, and warehouse personnel. * Review daily compliance with planned activities. * Generate project site visit reports. * Track proper implementation of access control and security policies, inventory control, and internal procedures. * Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work plan compliance reports. * Monitor and track timely submission of power generation reports. * Receive visitors and explain project operations. * Assist the O\&M Manager in commercial metering data download, report preparation, and submission for approval. * Remotely monitor and verify power generation for projects under operation and maintenance contracts. * Initiate purchase requests and track them through to execution. * Assist the O\&M Manager in the operation and maintenance of Monte Plata Solar and other completed projects. * Create and update documents (procedures, manuals, forms, technical specifications, contracting letters, quotations, etc.) to ensure the operation and maintenance of Monte Plata Solar. * Conduct plant walkthroughs to explain the project, its components and nominal values, coexistence rules, etc., to newly hired employees. * Provide newly hired employees with applicable procedures based on their assigned tasks. * Deliver occupational safety talks to all Monte Plata Solar employees. * Monitor that all Monte Plata Solar employees are equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment.
