MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Description

Position Summary: Coordinate and plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment, ensuring resource allocation, plan compliance, and asset reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Ensures asset reliability and operational continuity. 3. Collaborates and communicates to foster a positive work environment and team efficiency. Objective: Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for plant equipment, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to the maintenance plan. Analyze management indicators (KPIs) to identify deviations and improvement opportunities, contributing to asset reliability, operational continuity, and maintenance department efficiency. Responsibilities: * Develop, update, and maintain the **annual maintenance plan and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs** for plant equipment (electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation), aligned with production plans and user department requirements. * Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and supervisors from other operational areas on **work prioritization and scheduling**, ensuring timely response aligned with operational requirements. * Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure **adherence to established deadlines**, resource availability, and minimal impact on operations. * Perform **monitoring and control of maintenance program execution**, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions to ensure operational continuity and equipment reliability. * Maintain continuous coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor, Technicians, and Instrumentation Technicians to ensure proper planning and execution of work. * Share technical information, schedules, and progress reports, promoting smooth communication and collaborative work among departments involved in the maintenance process, **with the goal of contributing to overall team well-being and maintaining a positive work environment** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Basic English proficiency. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for rotating and static electrical equipment—such as motors, generators, control panels, and power distribution panels—focused on accurate planning and scheduling of activities. * Knowledge of maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic systems and equipment applied in industrial maintenance, focused on accurate planning and scheduling of activities. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, single-line diagrams, P\&ID diagrams, and industrial equipment technical manuals. * Proficiency in maintenance management tools and systems (CMMS), such as SAP, Power Apps, or other digital platforms, for planning, tracking, controlling, and analyzing Work Orders and maintenance plans. * Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), failure analysis, and cost control, oriented toward continuous improvement and asset reliability.
