Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join our General Services team and maintain facilities in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and functionality. We are looking for a **responsible, proactive, and service-oriented** individual to join the General Services team at a camp located in Paramonga. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained in optimal conditions of **cleanliness, order, and functionality**. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks in company areas: restrooms, offices, campsites, and kitchen. * Collection and disposal of solid waste. * Carry out maintenance and repair work on electrical installations and plumbing within company facilities. * Request materials required to perform assigned tasks. * Coordinate and carry out carpentry, painting, locksmithing, welding, plumbing, electrical, and similar tasks. * Report daily on tasks performed across various locations. * Perform other duties within the scope of responsibility as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial cleaning. * Good practices in order and cleanliness: gardening, plumbing, carpentry (basic level). * Proficiency in using tools and white-goods equipment. * Availability to work under a 20x10 work schedule in Paramonga. **What We Offer:** * Formal payroll from day one, including statutory benefits. * Formal and secure employment contract. * 20x10 work schedule with covered transportation. * Covered meals and accommodation.
