We are currently recruiting (2) **INSTRUMENTATION ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIANS** to join our operations team. If you have industrial instrumentation experience in concentrator plants and seek new challenges in the mining sector, this is your opportunity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Diploma in Industrial Electricity, Instrumentation, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance in industrial plants. * Mandatory experience in gold desorption and refining processes. * Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, industrial instrumentation, PLCs, and SCADA. * Proficiency in instrument calibration, interpretation of electrical schematics, P\&ID diagrams, and fault analysis. * Familiarity with industrial safety standards and SSOMA procedures (IPERC, ATS, PETS, and LOTO). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment and industrial instrumentation. * Diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation faults to ensure operational continuity. * Calibrate measurement instruments and ensure proper operation of sensors, transmitters, valves, and electrical panels. * Adjust control systems (PLC and SCADA) and interpret electrical schematics and P\&ID diagrams. * Coordinate tasks with the operations department, prepare technical reports, and propose improvements to equipment reliability. * Comply with industrial safety and SSOMA procedures, including LOTO and critical work permits. **BENEFITS:** * Full company coverage for meals and accommodation. * Full company coverage for work uniform laundry service. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, profit-sharing, and vacation days). * Insurance (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance). * Birthday leave day. * Commuting transportation from Barranca to the plant. **LOCATION: PARAMONGA \- BARRANCA.** Employment Type: Contract-based Application Questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Are you immediately available to start work? * Are you available to work a 14x7 schedule at the Paramonga mining camp? * How many years of experience do you have in this position?
