Deliver customer-oriented service, communicate effectively, focus on results, solve problems, and demonstrate persuasion and sales-closing skills. · How will you make a big impact? Provide in-branch customer service. Execute BCP product sales transactions. Manage necessary follow-up to finalize customer operations. · What do we need from you? University students currently enrolled from the third semester onward, or graduates of technical programs. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and financial product sales. Experience handling customer complaints and achieving sales targets. Availability to work onsite at the Barranca branch Monday through Friday (1:00 PM to 7:30 PM) and Saturdays (8:20 AM to 2:00 PM). Desirable additional daytime availability for personal management of your client portfolio, enhancing sales opportunities and increasing commissions. · Why join our team?
