Continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System A metal-mechanical company in the mining sector is currently seeking a **qualified candidate** for the SSOMA position on a project under an atypical employment system. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree holder registered with the corresponding professional association in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Administration. * Two years of experience in quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems. * Courses or diplomas on ISO 9001 and Occupational Safety and Health (SST). * Availability to work under an atypical employment system. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Establish, implement, and maintain the processes required for continuous improvement of the IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001\). * Ensure that the requirements of the Management System are established, implemented, and maintained. * Conduct periodic safety inspections and participate in planning risk control and mitigation measures. * Responsible for the safety of all personnel during service execution; must possess tools such as PETAR and IPERCE for the entire service. * Ensure compliance with national and international legal regulations regarding safety, occupational health, and the environment. * Support ongoing worker training on SSOMA-related topics. * Prepare daily and weekly reports on the SSOMA status. * Participate in coordination meetings with the supervision team. * Maintain up-to-date documentation required for internal and external audits. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety and Health in the activities performed, among others.
