




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Cost Control Engineer to manage production quantities, analyze reports, develop dashboards, and support planning on projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Field Cost Control Engineer, Intermediate** position to join our team. **About the Role** * Manage and control field production quantities, ensuring alignment with contractual scope. * Prepare and analyze quantity reports to support cost control and billing processes. * Develop weekly and monthly dashboards reflecting progress, variances, and trends. * Review contractor deliverables and quantity updates to validate progress measurement. * Support planning teams through quantitative analysis for construction activities and scheduling. * Identify risks and opportunities related to quantity variances and propose mitigation actions jointly with the technical team. * Contribute to the preparation of progress and performance reports for internal and client use. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in planning roles linked to production control on large-scale construction projects, preferably tailings dams (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of quantity measurement methodologies and their contractual application. * Experience with AACE methodologies (e.g., Earned Value, TIA) is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI (S-curves, histograms, cost reports, etc.). * Desired: Intermediate or higher level of English. * Willingness to work on-site under site-based employment conditions. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
