Job Summary: We are seeking a Real Estate Salesperson to provide customer service, present projects, negotiate and follow up on sales, and support the management of the sales booth. Participation in sales activations, fairs, and promotional events **CIMA PRINCE**, a company in the construction and real estate sector, is looking for top talent to fill the position of **Real Estate Salesperson** for our **Real Club House – San Andrés, Pisco Project**. Requirements: * Minimum **1 year of experience in real estate sales** (preferably in Mivivienda projects). * Availability to work onsite at the **San Andrés – Pisco (sales booth)** location. * Customer orientation, strong communication skills, and high commitment level * **Residence in Pisco or nearby areas (applicants residing in other provinces must refrain from applying).** Responsibilities: * Attend customers at the **sales booth**, delivering clear and courteous service. * Present the **Real Club House Project**, highlighting its features, benefits, and financing plans. * Conduct negotiations and follow up with interested customers until sale closure. * Manage and coordinate necessary documentation for apartment purchases. * Maintain updated records of visits and customers served at the booth. * Participate in **sales activations, fairs, and promotional events** for the project. * Collaborate with the team on **flyer distribution, call coordination, and lead follow-up**. * Support the organization and supervision of the sales booth, ensuring proper presentation of the space. * Submit periodic progress and sales performance reports to management. * Provide basic after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.
