Job Summary: Execute and coordinate the electronic initiation process for blasting, ensuring correct detonation and customer satisfaction through planning, monitoring, and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination and execution of the blasting process. 2. Generation of reports and identification of post-blast improvements. 3. Product training and addressing customer needs. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic blasting initiation process to ensure correct detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct product training sessions covering product features and properties. * Address and fulfill customer needs by responding to their requirements and requests. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver’s license preferred (issued at least 3 years ago)
