Role Objective: Ensure efficient plant operation by monitoring parameters and ensuring proper functioning of each piece of equipment. Perform manual tasks safely to enable continuous manufacturing of intermediate and finished products. Main Responsibilities: * Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures to produce quality products safely. * Collect samples and inspect raw materials, inputs, and products for corresponding analyses. * Operate, monitor, perform measurements, and identify errors or defects in production related to equipment, processes, and products. * Prepare production reports, documenting occurrences and relevant events in daily reports. * Ensure correct incorporation of required inputs and raw materials for the production of various sub-products and finished products. * Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair plant components, tools, and equipment to ensure their reliability. * Lead execution of all manual tasks, operate equipment and control panels, and perform assigned tasks on-site according to current operational procedures. * Verify environmental conditions as required by the process. * Perform all additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in production plants and equipment operation (preferred). * Electrical technician qualification preferred, with expertise in electronic, electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation maintenance. * Knowledge of production processes. * Professional knowledge of semi-automatic, electronic, and automatic equipment. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Handling of hazardous chemicals. * Basic knowledge of Office software.
