We are experiencing continuous growth and seek an HSE Engineer (Health, Safety, and Environment) to join our team for a project to be executed at the BOROO Mining Unit, supervising and ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout project execution. **APPLY VIA THE FOLLOWING LINK**: https://forms.gle/x9scXJGvveDUwWua9 Responsibilities: * Supervise the execution of tasks during operations at the BOROO Mining Unit. * Verify compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) procedures before, during, and after task execution. * Manage Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) in alignment with Boroo’s guidelines. * Verify and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by personnel. * Document Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) activities during operations at the BOROO mine. * Identify and report unsafe conditions and acts, and implement corrective measures. * Ensure proper management of waste and hazardous chemicals during operations. * Conduct on-site safety talks and training sessions. * Coordinate with the Mining Unit’s PREVENTION department to align with internal regulations. * Prepare daily HSE reports for the immediate supervisor and participate in project safety meetings. * Compile the operational DOSSIER upon completion of services at Boroo. **Requirements:** * Licensed engineer, registered with the Peruvian Institute of Engineers (CIP), and legally authorized to practice. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE supervision roles, preferably in mining or industrial operations. * Certified by ISEM for access and work at the BOROO Mining Unit (mandatory). * Knowledge of waste management, hazardous chemicals, specialized PPE usage, and work permits.
