Job Summary: We are seeking a Mine Planning Engineer with underground mine experience to develop mining plans, design mining methods, and control budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development of short- and medium-term mining plans. 2. Design and evaluate mining methods and mineral reserve estimation. 3. Extensive knowledge in KPI management, cost control, and budgeting. We are looking for a Mine Planning Engineer with experience in UNDERGROUND MINING. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Develop short- and medium-term Mining Plans. \* Design and evaluate mining methods and mineral reserve estimation (narrow veins). \* Evaluate and control the budget for established plans. \* Ensure implementation of the approved plan by area management and/or identify situations that may delay achievement of this objective. \* Comply with regulations, rules, policies, and instructions regarding immediate reporting of incidents or accidents to the OHS team, as well as trainings, drills, and simulations related to the Company’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to ensure compliance across the Organization. REQUIREMENTS: \* Degree-holding and registered professional in Mining Engineering and/or Geological Engineering. \* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions in underground mining (preferred). \* Extensive knowledge in KPI management, cost control, and budgeting. \* Willingness to work under a 14X7 shift regime at a mining camp (4 hours from Huancayo).
