We are seeking a Project Planning and Control Engineer with an analytical and strategic mindset to lead the transformation of the Terms of Reference (TDR) into a flawless financial and operational roadmap for TDR.

Within the execution of the **Cold Plant**, we seek a **Project Planning and Control Engineer** with an analytical and strategic mindset. Your mission will be to lead and transform the technical complexity of the Terms of Reference (TDR) into a flawless financial and operational roadmap.
**The Role: Leader of Control and Efficiency**
As leader of the Technical Office (OT), you will be the guardian of profitability and schedule adherence. Your role goes beyond mere "tracking"; it entails anticipating deviations through the management of quantity take-offs, budgets, and technical procurement within a high-precision industrial environment.
**Strategic Responsibilities (OT Focus)**
* **Quantity Take-off and Budget Management:** Prepare and validate construction budgets based on precise quantity take-offs for the plant's 9 areas, from receiving to dispatch zones.
* **Master Planning (WBS):** Structure the logical construction sequence, ensuring integration of critical milestones such as the concrete slab (15\-17 cm), installation of PUR/POL panels, and erection of 4-level racks accommodating 1008 positions.
* **Technical Procurement Control:** Oversee logistics and costs of specialized materials such as **AISI 304** stainless steel, **4"** drainage pipes, and compressed air systems compliant with **ISO 8573** standards.
* **Infrastructure Governance:** Manage planning for wastewater treatment plants (**WWTP and Domestic WWTP**) as well as construction of two-story administrative offices.
* **Energy and Power Management:** Control costs and timelines for implementation of the **22\.9 kV** substation, **1000 kW** generator sets, and switchboards compliant with **IEC** standards.
**Your Professional Profile**
* **Education:** Licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineer with specialization in **Technical Office Management**.
* **Expertise:** Proven experience in planning large-scale refrigerated or industrial plants (minimum installed capacity of 2 MW).
* **Skills:** Advanced proficiency in planning and cost-control software, with capability to manage technical logistics in provincial areas.
