




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for on-site assistance in stores, coordinating with a remote technical center to provide connectivity support, directed actions, and operating system migration. Connectivity support and operating system migration We are looking for a technician in **Calleria (Pucallpa), Ucayali**, to provide on-site assistance in EFE and La Curacao stores, working in direct coordination with our remote technical center. **Main Responsibilities (On-site Assistance)** * **Connectivity Support:** Disconnecting and reconnecting equipment and network cables as instructed. * **Directed Actions:** Executing clicks or basic commands under remote coordination by the TM2 team\. * **Operating System Migration:** Performing Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration with support from the remote technical center. * **Registration:** Taking inventory and sending photographs of equipment condition and connections. **Requirements** * Basic technical support, networking, and operating system knowledge. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical roles. * Safety boots and helmet required (mandatory PPE). * Must reside in Calleria / Pucallpa (immediate availability). **Terms and Compensation** * Payment between S/ 50\.00 and S/ 60\.00 per serviced device. * Each store has 2 to 3 devices. * Estimated daily income: S/ 100\.00 to S/ 180\.00\. * Project duration: 1 to 2 weeks.
