




Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to support commercial management, prepare quotations, manage orders, and issue invoices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial management support and quotation preparation 2. Order management and invoice/delivery note issuance 3. Coordination with commercial representatives and customers At Grupo Italocks, we are looking for a **Billing Assistant** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform pre- and post-commercial management support tasks * Prepare quotations for products requested by customers * Enter orders into the system and verify balances * Issue and dispatch invoices and delivery notes * Coordinate with commercial representatives and customers (Lima and provinces) **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree (graduated) in Administration, Accounting, or related fields * Knowledge of administration and/or billing * Customer service experience * Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate Excel) * Minimum 1 year of experience **Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site * Location: La Perla, Callao **Important:** Preference will be given to candidates residing in nearby areas.
