End-to-end management of the B2B business cycle We are Ópalo, a human resources consulting firm that promotes employment by conducting recruitment and selection activities for our clients to ensure and verify the suitability and reliability of the personnel they hire. Our client, a leading company in the technology sector, is looking for a Commercial Executive. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct frequent visits to potential customers to identify their operational, financial, and technological needs and formulate customized commercial proposals aligned with their business. * Promote the company’s technology and leasing services, adapting solutions to each company’s profile and size. * Respond promptly to customer requests by preparing tailored quotations—either for direct requests or following proactive opportunity identification in coordination with other cross-functional departments. * Define attractive commercial terms and promote differentiated service with a clear focus on user experience to encourage renewals and expand existing agreements. * Conduct feasibility analyses for new prospects and maintain up-to-date commercial, operational, and financial information for managed customers. * Record, update, and track all activities, opportunities, and commercial statuses in the corporate CRM, ensuring traceability and appropriate prioritization. REQUIREMENTS: * 3–4 years of experience in B2B commercial roles. * Knowledge of operational leasing transaction structuring. * Experience managing the full business cycle—from strategic prospecting and opportunity structuring through to closing, follow-up, and portfolio retention. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial, technology, or corporate banking sectors is desirable.
