Job Summary: Oversee and support the monthly Demand process to ensure an 18-month rolling forecast that guarantees the company's logistical, financial, and commercial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and lead Demand Planning meetings. 2. Generate and analyze forecasts in SAP-IBP. 3. Participate in Supply Chain improvement projects. **Date:** Apr 21, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Oversee and support the monthly Demand process for Alicorp's Peruvian Mass Consumption Businesses and/or Alicorp Solutions and/or International Mass Consumption Businesses, with the primary objective of maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast that ensures the company's logistical, financial, and commercial processes. **What will you do in your role?** * Coordinate and lead monthly Demand Planning meetings for assigned businesses and countries. * Generate and analyze forecasts in SAP\-IBP, by category, assessing the business and/or country situations where the company operates. * Upload disaggregated sales plans by sales region for the following month into IBP, in coordination with Business and Finance teams. * Upload disaggregated sales plans by product family for the 18-month rolling horizon. * Prepare and coordinate the upload of the company's Basic Budget (PB) with Corporate Marketing and Business and/or Country Finance teams. * Upload sales plans for new product launches, relaunches, and seasonal products. * Generate management indicator reports (KPIs) for the area and executive presentations, identifying deviations to support decision-making. * Participate in the implementation of projects and initiatives to improve the Supply Chain within your scope, focused on achieving high operational standards, increasing service levels, and improving operational efficiencies, in continuous coordination with enabling functions. * Establish connections between statistical models and the commercial dynamics of different product categories. * Identify causes impacting BIAS and demand deviations to manage action plans with the business. **What do we need from you?** * 2 years of experience in Demand Planning and/or similar Supply Chain areas, with knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries. * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level English proficiency (desirable). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge and experience with PP, MS Project (desirable). * Knowledge and experience with SAP, IBP (desirable).
