Job Summary: Manage and support the monthly Demand process to ensure logistical, financial, and commercial operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate Demand Planning meetings. 2. Generate and analyze forecasts in SAP-IBP. 3. Participate in Supply Chain improvement projects. **Date:** 21 Apr. 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Manage and support the monthly Demand process for Alicorp’s Peruvian Mass Consumption Business and/or Alicorp Solutions and/or International Mass Consumption Business, with the primary objective of maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast to guarantee the company’s logistical, financial, and commercial operations. **What will you do in this role?** * Coordinate and lead monthly Demand Planning meetings for assigned businesses and countries. * Generate and analyze forecasts in SAP\-IBP, tailored by category and based on the business and/or country operational context. * Upload disaggregated sales plans by sales region for the following month into IBP, coordinated with Business and Finance teams. * Upload disaggregated sales plans by product family for the 18-month rolling forecast horizon. * Execute and coordinate the upload of the company’s Basic Budget (PB) with Corporate Marketing and Business and/or Country Finance teams. * Upload sales plans for new product launches, relaunches, and seasonal products. * Generate management indicator reports (KPIs), executive presentations, and identify variances to support decision-making. * Participate in the implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at improving the Supply Chain within the scope of responsibility, focusing on achieving high operational standards, increasing service levels, and enhancing operational efficiencies, in continuous coordination with enabling functions. * Align statistical forecasting models with the commercial dynamics specific to each product category. * Identify root causes impacting BIAS and demand forecast deviations to develop and manage action plans with the business. **What do we need from you?** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning or related Supply Chain functions, preferably within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge and experience with PP, MS Project (preferred). * Knowledge and experience with SAP, IBP (preferred).
