Position Summary: We are seeking a Digital Sales Executive to manage digital commercial opportunities, converting prospects into customers through a structured sales process. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate with the operations team for service implementation We are looking for a **Digital Sales Executive**, whose objective will be to manage commercial opportunities generated through digital channels, converting prospects into customers via a structured process of outreach, needs assessment, follow-up, and sales closure. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Contact and attend to leads from digital campaigns, website, and social media. * Qualify prospects according to the ideal customer profile. * Conduct calls and virtual meetings for needs assessment. * Present commercial proposals and quotations. * Perform continuous follow-up until sale closure. * Record all interactions in the CRM. * Achieve monthly sales and commercial activity targets. * Manage and maintain an updated database. * Handle objections and negotiate within established policies. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper implementation of the sold service. * Prepare weekly commercial management reports. * Propose improvements to the digital sales process. **ACADEMIC PROFILE** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (digital sales or services sales experience preferred). * Basic or intermediate CRM proficiency. * Knowledge of digital lead management. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **COMPETENCIES** * Results orientation. * Persuasive communication. * Organization and discipline. * Proactivity. **SALARY:** S/. 1,250 \- 1,500; plus sales commissions. **WORK HOURS:** 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
