**Job Description**
* Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management and business units.
* Support the monthly closing process, results analysis, and budgetary control.
* Monitor variances among budget, forecast, and actual results.
* Consolidate and analyze financial and operational KPIs: Sales, Margin, Costs, Productivity, Utilization, Billed Hours, DSO / Collections.
* Prepare profitability analysis by customer, service, contract, or business unit.
* Support annual budget preparation and monthly forecasting.
* Maintain and update management dashboards and reports.
* Extract and analyze data from ERP systems and corporate databases.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost control.
* Provide support during internal audits and corporate requirements.
* Collaborate with operational and commercial departments to ensure information quality and consistency.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
* 2–4 years of experience in management control, FP&A, reporting, or financial analysis.
* Experience in multinational companies or operational environments is desirable.
* Ideal experience in service, mining, logistics, industrial, or consulting industries.
* Advanced Excel.
* Power BI or other data visualization tools.
* ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or others).
* Financial and budgetary analysis skills.
* Database and reporting expertise.
* Intermediate English (desirable).
