Job Summary: A leader responsible for end-to-end management of industrial projects involving OT, IT, or automation components. Key Highlights: 1. A leader responsible for **end-to-end management** of industrial projects with **OT, IT**, or automation components: from engineering, progress control, risk management, deliverables, and formal closure. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Manage schedules, scopes, and deliverables for OT/Industrial projects (microwave links, OT networks, OT security, SCADA, telemetry, automation). * Lead contractors, suppliers, and internal OT/IT/Operations teams. * Execute progress control, S-curves, SPI/CPI, risk management, HES, and closure documentation. * Coordinate all interventions at mines or plants with Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. * Prepare executive reports and present progress updates to management. * Document lessons learned and ensure compliance with corporate standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Industrial, Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (preferred). * Proven experience of \+ 5 years in industrial projects involving OT/IT. * Knowledge of agile and hybrid methodologies. * Experience in mining or heavy industries.
