Currently, we are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and manage commercial teams in the financial sector, focused on achieving objectives and team development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and monitor monthly sales forecasts, verifying weekly results and daily progress of the assigned team. * Supervise and ensure compliance with credit guidelines and policies for the product. * Analyze and organize the schedules and movements of sales executives in their daily operations. * Design and implement training and sales force strengthening programs. * Provide commercial advisory services and sales forecasting to the assigned team, promoting goal achievement. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a commercial or field sales supervisor in the financial sector (mandatory). * Knowledge and experience in payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll discount loans. * Experience leading sales promoter teams for financial products. * Organizational, analytical, communication, and client management skills. * Competencies in planning, leadership, and team development. * Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, and coaching. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **We Offer:** * Development and training plan to become a specialist in financial products. * Continuous training. * Excellent working environment. * Uncapped commission scheme aligned with performance.
