**Responsibilities:** Record employee onboarding and offboarding in T-Registro and the company's system. Manage the attendance system. Administer SCTR and Life Law compliance. Support the updating and maintenance of employee records. Respond to information requests regarding payroll and/or personnel data. Assist with contract renewals. Support payroll, PLAME, and AFP Net preparation. Prepare reports, coordinate activities, and send information to relevant departments. Record purchase orders and perform other administrative tasks required within the compensation department.

Requirements
**Requirements:**
Graduate or in final semesters of Business Administration or related fields; minimum one year of experience.
Two years’ experience as a compensation intern and/or one year as a compensation or compensation & benefits assistant.
Knowledge of Labor Legislation, Accounting Closures, T\-Registro, PLAME, AFP Net (preferred)
Knowledge of employment contracts
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Remote work.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:36 PM; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:36 PM
